Leadership
Experience earned through responsibility
Synaptic AI is led by its founder and principal adviser, Bob Seddigh, whose career spans more than two decades of senior responsibility across complex technology and transformation environments.
Bob began his professional career in 1998 and has since been accountable for major transformation programmes across public and private sector organisations, ranging from early-stage product development through to large-scale enterprise estates. This includes responsibility for delivery, commercial outcomes, and long-term operability.
That experience shapes how we advise. We focus on what can be delivered, the trade-offs required, and how decisions will play out over time, particularly in environments where failure carries real financial or operational consequence.
